At HITCH, we stand by the quality of our tech; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all electronics are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your HITCH account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box along with all cables, manuals, and components, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
